Setup & Takedown
Setup and takedown are included with full-service rentals.
We typically deliver the day before your event and pick up the following day for a smooth, stress-free experience.
About one week before your event, we will contact you by email to coordinate delivery and pickup times, setup access, and final event details.
Terms & Conditions
Before Your Event
Customers are responsible for rented items during the rental period. Missing or damaged items may result in replacement fees.
Missing or damaged items will incur additional charges.
Tent Setup Information
For grass installation, Gopher State One Call must be completed prior to setup.
Tents may be staked into grass or weighted on concrete .
A clean and accessible setup area helps us provide a smooth installation experience
Safety & Weather
For safety reasons, we are unable to assume responsibility for underground utilities, sprinklers, or property conditions.
If permits are required for your event location, customers are responsible for obtaining them.
Safety always comes first, and weather conditions may occasionally require schedule adjustments.
